Our Flagship Program

Keep Lake Como Beautiful (KLCB) is the flagship program of PLCDC. KLCB organizes resident-led neighborhood improvement through safe, structured, documented work—block by block.

Governance & Accountability

PLCDC is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for organizational oversight, financial accountability, and program alignment. PLCDC approves program charters and ensures programs operate with clear purpose, compliant activities, and responsible use of funds.
